Dr. Rami Ayoubi

Dr Ayoubi is reviewer and author in the International Journal of Educational Management and several proceedings in international academic conferences. He is the author of a book called «Strategic Management and Globalization: The M4O and 5S Methods and International Partnerships in Universities» published by a German publishing company (VDM Verlag Dr. Muller) found in Amazon and other electronic databases. Held both Master and PhD degrees from the University of Nottingham in UK, and appointed as Quantitative Institutional Researcher at the University of Glamorgan in Wales. Currently, he is the National Coordinator for Tempus Programme in Syria based at the Ministry of Higher Education, Associate Professor at the Department of Business Administration at Damascus University, teaching business modules in English, and worked also as Lecturer at HIBA (Higher Institute for Business Administration) and SVU (Syrian Virtual University). Dr Ayoubi main research interests is globalization in the context of higher education.
Mrs. Susan Ahmar Dakneh

Susan had graduated from the English Department, Faculty of Literature and Human Sciences at Damascus University in 2003. Upon graduation, she worked at Tanweer Company as an Executive Secretary and as a Translator for some movies and TV series. She joint Syria National TEMPUS Office as an Executive Secretary in October 2004, then as Communication Officer in July 2005. She likes classic music, reading and traveling. She is reading for her Master degree in Business Administration at the Syrian Virtual University.

Ruham Hawash has graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Damascus University in Syria 2009. Ruham has joined Syrian National TEMPUS Office as an Information Officer in Jan. 2010. Now she is reading for her Master Degree in Finance and Banking at the Higher Institute of Business Administration (HIBA). She likes music, reading and sports.

Maher had graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Damascus University, and worked as accountant for several companies in Syria. He joined the office as an accountant in 2003, and currently he is reading for his Master Degree in Auditing and Accounting.
